StormGeo has launched a new Premium Fleet Performance Center Service, strengthening its Voyage Intelligence offering. The company announced the service at the IME(I) Annual Event in India, underlining its focus on the Asia-Pacific market.

The new service adds an expert-led advisory layer to StormGeo’s existing s-Insight platform. It helps shipowners and managers turn vessel data into actionable measures that improve operational performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Petter Andersen, VP Shipping at StormGeo, said operators face growing pressure from emissions rules and fuel costs. He noted that while digital tools provide data, many companies need expert guidance to convert insights into measurable savings.

The Premium Service includes quarterly data quality and vessel performance reviews led by StormGeo specialists. The team delivers tailored recommendations based on performance gap analysis and benchmarking. The aim is to help clients reduce fuel consumption and strengthen regulatory compliance over time.

The service supports emissions reporting under frameworks such as IMO DCS, CII, EU MRV, EU ETS, and FuelEU Maritime. It also assesses technical performance, including auxiliary engine use, trim optimization, boiler efficiency, and main engine consumption.

Espen Martinsen, Chief Commercial Officer at StormGeo, said the launch in India reflects the company’s ambition to expand in the region. He added that StormGeo aims to become a preferred partner for voyage and vessel performance optimization among Indian shipowners and managers.

The Premium Fleet Performance Center Service is available globally as an add-on to the s-Insight solution.
