A container ship, reportedly operated by Safeen Feeders, was struck by a projectile today. The Malta-flagged vessel, the 1,815 TEU Safeen Prestige, was hit at approximately 11:09 AM UK time while transiting eastbound through the Strait of Hormuz. This incident was confirmed by UK Maritime Trade Operations and the maritime security firm Vanguard Maritime Solutions.
