Bermuda-based dry bulk shipping company C Transport Maritime (CTM) has welcomed Japan's Tokyo Century Corporation and Norway's Barque as new shareholders. Both investors have acquired equity stakes and will appoint representatives to CTM's board. Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed. CTM will continue to be majority-owned by Bretta Navigation Corporation.
