Munich Airport Resumes Flights with Passenger Advisory
Munich Airport has resumed flight operations after disruptions caused by heavy snowfall and sleet. However, passengers are strongly advised to confirm their flight status before traveling to the airport.
The airport, which experienced over 80% flight cancellations and significant delays last Tuesday, is urging travelers to check for confirmation before arriving. While most flights are now operational, Munich Airport has issued a warning, advising passengers not to come to the airport for rebooking. Rebooking should instead be managed through airlines' apps, websites, or phone lines.
Approximately 1,500 passengers were stranded during the disruptions.
