The shipping giant MSC has downgraded its India-Europe/Mediterranean network. This decision follows anticipated declines in transshipment cargo handling at Indian ports, a consequence of the government's recent move to revoke the cabotage waiver. This waiver had been in place for foreign-flag carriers since 2018.
