Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has appointed Rahul Bhasin as Global Vice President of Hellmann Automotive Logistics, strengthening its focus on the fast-changing automotive sector. Bhasin will report directly to Alexandra Olvera, the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. He will lead Hellmann’s global automotive logistics activities as part of the group’s strategy to expand its role as a logistics partner for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The appointment comes as the automotive industry undergoes major changes, including electrification, digitalization, and shifting supply chains. Bhasin brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in the automotive industry, having worked across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, supporting market expansion strategies, customer experience development, and global business growth initiatives. According to Madhav Kurup, COO Airfreight, Seafreight, and Contract Logistics at Hellmann, the automotive sector remains a key growth driver for the company.
