Marcus Chew, founder and CEO of Singapore's tender drilling rig specialist Energy Drilling, will step down from his role and will take on the position of executive chairman. Luc Plouzennec, currently the VP of operations and marketing, will take over as CEO. His position will be filled by Chua Yong Chiang, the company's current marketing director.
