Danish logistics giant DSV has emerged victorious in the race to acquire Deutsche Bahn's rail logistics division, DB Schenker. The deal is reportedly valued at approximately US$15.5 billion and is expected to be finalized in the coming days, pending approval from Deutsche Bahn's supervisory board. DSV's sole remaining competitor in the final stages of the bidding process was Luxembourg-based financial investor CVC.
