Greek containership owner Costamare has further expanded its newbuilding program in China by ordering four additional 3,100 TEU vessels, adding to its existing series. The New York-listed company, headed by Konstantinos Konstantakopoulos, announced it has contracted the construction of these new ships at a Chinese shipyard. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2027.
