Commissioning service operation vessel (CSOV) owner Integrated Wind Solutions has deals for two of its vessels.
The first contract is a 75-day fixed charter contract for the IWS Sunwalker CSOV with an existing client. The company said that the charter end date aligns well with a pre-existing commitment set to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
The vessel is the sixth and final vessel in the Skywalker Class series of CSOVs. The charter will commence in December 2025, following the vessel’s arrival in Europe. With this agreement, all six Skywalker-class CSOVs have secured charter contracts directly from delivery.
The second deal is a contract extension for the CSOV IWS Starwalker, also with an existing client. The extension covers a period of 90 days and will ensure that the vessel continues to support the client’s operations well into the first quarter of 2026.
Like the contract for the IWS Sunwalker, the contract extension will end before a pre-existing commitment commencing in the first quarter of 2026.
Both contracts were secured by the company’s subsidiary, IWS Fleet. IWS stated that it is effectively closing gaps in the charter backlog and that it is in dialogue for 2027 requirements.
