Evergreen is set to start a new shipping loop connecting Northeast Asia and Indonesia via the Malacca Strait at the end of October.
The service, known as the CIM loop, will be operated by three Evergreen vessels, each with an average capacity of 2,500 TEU. The ships will rotate on a route calling at Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Ningbo, Surabaya, Jakarta, Singapore, Port Kelang, Kaohsiung, and back to Dalian.
By adding this service, Evergreen aims to offer more flexibility to its customers while supporting regional trade expansion. The shipping line expects the loop to become a key part of its network, linking major industrial and commercial hubs across Northeast and Southeast Asia.
