Yang Ming Marine Transport chairman Tsai Feng-Ming said on 23 October that US-China trade tensions have been good for the Taiwanese liner operator.

Speaking at the National Association of Chinese Shipowners’ members’ meeting, Dr Tsai said: “Yang Ming hasn’t had to revamp its shipping schedules and isn’t exposed to hefty port fees in either the US or China.”
