Virgin Atlantic Cargo has joined forces with CargoAi, a leading digital platform for the airfreight industry, in a strategic partnership aimed at expanding the airline’s global digital presence and enhancing the booking experience for freight forwarders.
The integration allows forwarders to access Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s worldwide capacity across major markets, including the UAE, Europe, the US, India, and South Africa, directly through CargoAi’s platform. Initially covering general cargo shipments of up to 5,000 kg, the partnership will soon extend to pharma and fresh products.
Through CargoAi’s CargoMART marketplace and connected Transport Management Systems, more than 23,000 freight forwarders can now view real-time rates, book available capacity, and manage shipments through a seamless digital interface.
“This partnership gives our customers greater choice and faster access to our global network,” said Nick Diesel, Managing Director of Virgin Atlantic Cargo. “As the logistics industry evolves, we’re focused on delivering intuitive digital solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality.”
CargoAi CEO Matthieu Petot added: “Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s integration marks another milestone in connecting airlines and forwarders through frictionless, API-driven technology that sets a new industry standard.”
The collaboration forms part of Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s broader digital transformation strategy, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, transparency, and customer-focused logistics solutions.
