Malaysian contractor Tanjung Offshore, part of T7 Global, has won new deals from Singapore-based oil and gas firm Jadestone Energy and IPC Malaysia.
Both contracts are for the provision of pan-Malaysia maintenance, construction, and modification as well as hook-up and commissioning services.
The contracts have already started and will last for five years. The deal with Jadestone Energy will end on October 16, 2029, while the end date for the IPC Malaysia contract was not revealed.
The contracts also have five years of extension options each. The options are split into one three-year extension and one two-year extension.
Jadestone operates four production sharing contracts offshore Peninsular Malaysia, two of which – PM323 and PM329 – are producing.
IPC Malaysia is the operator of the Bertam field which is some 170 km east of Peninsular Malaysia in Block PM307. The field consists of an unmanned wellhead platform and 14 active horizontal wells connected to an FPSO.
A similar five-year deal was also awarded to Tanjung Offshore by supermajor ExxonMobil in early November.
