Straightship and Dragonfly have recently announced a strategic partnership aimed at simplifying northbound e-commerce by providing U.S. retailers with a single integration point into the Canadian market.

The collaboration combines Straightship's expertise in cross-border logistics with Dragonfly's last-mile delivery network, which reaches 96% of Canadian residential addresses.

"Canada presents a uniquely complex delivery environment, encompassing dense urban centers, remote rural communities, and everything in between," stated Pooja Nagpal, Chief Revenue and Product Officer at Dragonfly.

This new service addresses the long-standing issue of fragmented handoffs in cross-border shipments. Instead of managing multiple carriers and customs brokers, merchants will receive a single tracking number from the origin to the Canadian recipient.
