Rhenus Logistics and INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions have formed a strategic partnership to strengthen event operations across the UAE.

INDEX has appointed Rhenus as the Exclusive Official Logistics and Freight-Forwarding Partner for all INDEX exhibitions in 2026 and 2027. The agreement supports the UAE’s vision to deliver world-class events through reliable and high-quality logistics services.

Under the two-year agreement, Rhenus will manage all logistics, freight forwarding, and onsite handling for INDEX’s exhibition portfolio. The partnership covers major events with a combined floor space of around 109,300 square meters. Events will take place at Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Exhibition Centre, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, and selected hotels and venues across the UAE.

Rhenus will provide end-to-end logistics services. These include freight coordination, onsite handling, and delivery management. The company will ensure smooth operations and consistent service across all locations.

Tariq AlMadani, CEO of INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions, said logistics plays a vital role in delivering high-quality events. He said INDEX selected Rhenus for its expertise and ability to support large and complex exhibitions. He added that the partnership reflects INDEX’s commitment to excellence, reliability, and sustainability.

Rhenus’ recent expansion in the UAE supports the partnership. The company has opened new facilities and upgraded its capabilities. These improvements strengthen its ability to deliver large-scale logistics solutions for major exhibitions.

Anas Al Alarid, Regional Manager for Fairs & Exhibitions at Rhenus Logistics UAE, said the company is proud to work with INDEX. He said the team will focus on reliable and efficient service to support the success of each event.

The agreement covers INDEX’s leading exhibitions in 2026 and 2027. These include AEEDC Dubai, DUPHAT, Dubai Derma, DIHAD, IECM, NSCF and DICM. These events attract international participation and demand strong logistics coordination.

Through this partnership, INDEX and Rhenus aim to deliver seamless exhibitions. The collaboration will improve efficiency and enhance the visitor experience. It also supports the UAE’s wider goal to lead in hosting world-class exhibitions.
