Regional Container Lines (RCL) has moved its slot allocation from CNC Line's Japan-Philippines (JP8) service to the carrier's China-Philippines (CP2) service, which it will continue to brand as RCP2, according to Alphaliner. RCL's involvement remains concentrated on the Shenzhen-Philippines segment. The primary operational alteration resulting from this shift is the substitution of Cagayan de Oro for Batangas in the service's port rotation. Under the new arrangement, the RCL-marketed RCP2 service now includes calls at Shenzhen (Shekou), Davao, Cagayan de Oro, before returning to Shenzhen. This adjustment enhances RCL's service offerings in the Philippines while preserving its collaboration with CNC Line on the route.
