PSA Singapore and Goldlead Supply Chain Development (Southeast Asia), a COSCO joint venture, have signed an MOU to deepen their partnership.

They will work together on warehouse and logistics facilities at the upcoming PSA Supply Chain Hub @ Tuas (PSCH). The hub sits in the same Free Trade Zone as Tuas Port and will combine a regional distribution center, container freight stations, cold storage, and dangerous goods handling in one location. It is set to open in 2027.

The deal takes PSA and COSCO beyond container port operations. PSA brings its port ecosystem and supply chain solutions. COSCO adds its global shipping and logistics network. Together, they aim to speed up cargo flows and boost regional connectivity across Asia.

“PSA is delighted to embark on this new partnership with COSCO,” said Seow Hwee, Head of Port Ecosystem for Southeast Asia at PSA. She said the project will strengthen Singapore’s role as a global logistics hub.

Goldlead CEO Zhou Ganfei said PSCH’s location near Tuas Port will help serve customers faster. “This partnership will unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen connectivity across the region,” he said.
