Pixonal and Ricardo have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a strategic partnership focused on improving decision-making across environmental, transport, energy, and climate sectors in the Middle East.

Under the agreement, the two companies will integrate Pixonal’s decision intelligence platform, Llumen, into Ricardo’s research and advisory work. At the same time, Pixonal will use Ricardo’s scientific and technical expertise to strengthen advanced analytics, modelling, and environmental intelligence solutions.

Llumen acts as an operating system for critical decisions. It connects data, analytics, models, and AI into a single environment that supports real-time leadership discussions and actions.

Through the partnership, Ricardo’s subject matter expertise will help shape how intelligence is structured and governed within Llumen. The aim is to deliver clearer, more actionable insights for governments and enterprises.

Mohamed Said, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Pixonal, said the collaboration will raise the standard for how intelligence supports real-world decisions. He highlighted Ricardo’s scientific depth as key to deploying Llumen effectively.

Akim Adamson, Ricardo Middle East Director, said Llumen introduces a new operating layer for decision-making, allowing complex environmental analytics to reach leadership teams in a more practical and aligned way.

Together, the two companies aim to set a new benchmark for leadership-level decision intelligence across complex and high-pressure environments.
