DP World will welcome transport and logistics provider PAV Haulage to a new facility at London Gateway Logistics Park.
In Q1 2026, PAV Haulage will occupy the 94,000 sq. ft. LG94 unit on a 20-year lease. Plans include expansion onto an adjacent plot. The completed facility will offer extensive HGV parking to support PAV Haulage’s commercial growth.
LG94 meets DP World’s sustainability standards. It has an EPC ‘A’ rating and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. Rooftop solar PVs will provide renewable energy throughout PAV Haulage’s tenancy.
Alan Holland, CEO of DP World London Gateway, said: “Welcoming PAV Haulage shows the confidence new customers place in London Gateway. Our location, tri-modal connectivity, and fast-track planning support their next chapter. With over half the park now developed, we continue to build a logistics ecosystem that drives growth, creates jobs, and future-proofs UK supply chains.”
Dean Mills, CEO of PAV Haulage, added: “This warehouse puts us at the heart of smart logistics. London Gateway is the perfect base for our scale and ambition.”
The 9.25m sq. ft. park has expanded rapidly in recent years. Backed by a 10-year LDO, it supports thousands of jobs and fast-tracks building approvals to grow the UK logistics hub.
