Noatum Maritime, Siemens Energy, and Green Parrot Tech signed a partnership agreement to explore joint opportunities in the offshore renewable energy sector. The three companies will combine their strengths to support projects such as offshore substations and power grid networks.
The partners aim to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions by uniting expertise in electrical systems, engineering, subsea services, offshore logistics, and fabrication. Their approach seeks to cut project interfaces, simplify coordination, and streamline complex offshore developments. They will also assess possibilities for floating power plants and floating regasification units.
Captain Ammar Al Shaiba said the collaboration will help create efficient, lower-carbon solutions for clients. Khalid Bin Hadi highlighted Siemens Energy’s commitment to advancing the region’s energy transition through innovation and partnerships. Diego A. Aguilar emphasized that combined capabilities allow them to support the full lifecycle of offshore renewable projects.
The partnership supports the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 target and Abu Dhabi’s broader vision for sustainable energy growth.
