Harris Antoniou-led Neptune Maritime Leasing has entered into a sale and leaseback facility for the seven-vessel platform supplier fleet of Oslo-listed OSV pure play Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS).
Neptune Leasing said that GEOS drew six of the seven tranches available under the new $95m facility for the Energy Duchess, Energy Empress, Energy Pace, Energy Passion, Energy Partner, and Energy Paradise vessels.
According to the company, financing of the seventh vessel, Energy Swan, is expected to be completed in July 2025.
“We continue to expand our fleet, as well as to grow our sector coverage to include offshore vessels and our geographic coverage to include Norway, the Middle East, and Asia,” said Harris Antoniou, founder and CEO of Neptune Leasing.
Apart from the seven PSVs, Golden Energy Offshore also has two 2021-built offshore construction vessels in its fleet, the Energy Savanah and the Energy Sphynx.
