ABS Wavesight™, the ABS-affiliated software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, has been selected by Navilands Group to provide a single digital platform to streamline compliance with the FuelEU Maritime Regulation and the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS).

Firstly, Navilands will deploy the Carbon Diligence suite, part of the new ABS Wavesight Advantage™ platform, across a selection of bulkers and containerships, with plans to expand by the end of the year.

Starting January 1, 2025, vessels calling at EU ports must collect and report key fuel data for verification. In addition, the ABS Wavesight platform automates this process, enabling seamless data submission to ABS through an API connection for efficient and accurate compliance.

“ABS Wavesight is proud to support Navilands as they take proactive steps to meet evolving environmental regulations,” said Staci Satterwhite, CEO of ABS Wavesight. “Our scalable platform empowers clients to stay ahead of compliance challenges with precision and confidence.”

“Navilands combines a people-first approach with advanced technology and environmental responsibility—values shared by ABS Wavesight,” added Panagiotis Foinikis, CEO of Navilands Group. “This partnership ensures simpler compliance and greater peace of mind for our teams and clients.”

Lastly, ABS Wavesight continues to provide maritime operators with innovative tools and integrations to meet stringent environmental and operational demands in a fast-changing regulatory landscape.
