MAN Energy Solutions has officially rebranded to Everllence, marking a pivotal step in the company’s strategic evolution.

The new global identity underscores its expanding role in the transition toward sustainable, low-emission technologies.

The rebranding was symbolically inaugurated by CEO Uwe Lauber at the company’s headquarters in Augsburg, Germany. Concurrent unveiling ceremonies also took place at key European sites in Oberhausen, Berlin, Zurich, and Copenhagen.

This name change represents the next logical phase in the ‘Moving big things to zero’ strategy, said Lauber. He added that Everllence now reflects the company’s broader scope, not just engines and turbomachinery, but also large-scale heat pumps, carbon capture systems, climate-neutral shipping, and contributions to the global hydrogen economy.

Gunnar Kilian, Chairman of Everllence’s Supervisory Board and member of the Volkswagen Group Board, emphasized the company’s role as a sustainability leader.

Everllence remains part of the Volkswagen Group, and its existing product and service portfolio continues unchanged.

The company has undergone previous name transitions, most recently from ‘MAN Diesel & Turbo’ to ‘MAN Energy Solutions’ in 2018, reflecting its strategic shift toward emission-reducing technologies in maritime, energy, and industrial sectors.

Under the banner of ‘Moving big things to zero’, Everllence now helps hard-to-decarbonize industries cut emissions. Additionally, through its subsidiary ‘Quest One’, Everllence manufactures electrolyzers vital to the global green hydrogen ramp-up.
