Konecranes Inasus

Konecranes has completed the delivery and installation of new material handling equipment for INASUS, a leading European manufacturer of special building facades. The order, booked in February 2025, included six console cranes and 12 KBK workstation lifting systems with 18 Konecranes D-Series electric chain hoists.

Konecranes delivered and installed all equipment at INASUS’ production facility in Lalín in August 2025.

The cranes allow INASUS to handle, move, and position glass panels more efficiently across production and installation processes. The modular KBK system provides flexibility and enables precise crane positioning along production lines. This design allows the system to adapt easily to INASUS’ workflow.

“We appreciate the excellent work delivered during the sale and installation of the overhead cranes at our facilities,” said Alberto Cuiña, CEO of INASUS. “The team met deadlines and delivered high-quality products and installation. They adapted perfectly to the needs of a demanding customer like INASUS.”

“The D-Series electric chain hoists provide precise lifting and positioning for the safe handling of glass panels,” said Jorge Monteiro, Sales Director, Industrial Services and Equipment, Konecranes Spain and Portugal. “Together with the KBK workstation systems, this solution improves efficiency, reduces manual handling risks, and supports a safe production environment.”
