KLN secures Arcelik Hitachi Hong Kong aftersales logistics contract

KLN Logistics Group Limited has announced a new partnership with Arcelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales Hong Kong Limited to manage its aftersales logistics and repair hub operations. Under the agreement, KLN will oversee the setup of repair hub facilities, warehousing, product delivery, installation, and One Bell services for Arcelik Hitachi’s consumer products. The program will cover a 15,000 sq. ft. workshop and parts area while handling approximately 800 aftersales service orders per month.

Samuel Lau, KLN’s Managing Director of Integrated Logistics, highlighted the shared commitment to operational excellence, scalability, and digital transformation in supply chain management. “We are honoured to work with a global leader like Arcelik Hitachi Hong Kong and to support their vision for responsive and reliable aftersales services,” he said.

Eiji Taninaka, Managing Director of Arcelik Hitachi Hong Kong, added that KLN’s logistics expertise and strong regional presence will enhance the distribution network and ensure customers receive timely, dependable support. The collaboration further strengthens KLN’s reputation as a trusted logistics partner for multinational home appliance companies.
