Kalmar has announced changes to its regional reporting structure, effective 1 October 2025, as part of its Driving Excellence initiative and ongoing growth strategy.

The company will now report its geographical areas as APAC (Asia-Pacific), EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and Americas. The Americas region remains unchanged, while the previous areas of Europe and AMEA will be reorganized into EMEA and APAC.

According to Kalmar, the shift follows a review of its operating model aimed at strengthening its Sales & Hosting framework, improving customer proximity, and enhancing efficiency.

Restated figures for sales, orders received, and employee numbers for 2024–2025 have been published in Excel and PDF formats. Kalmar confirmed the restatement has no effect on its overall financials and remains unaudited.

The January–September 2025 interim report will be issued under the old structure before transitioning fully to the new framework in Q4.
