Vietnam’s Hateco Haiphong International Container Terminal (HHIT) has officially launched the Navis N4 Terminal Operating System and Eport software.

HHIT thanked its partners, including FPT Telecom, Kaleris/Navis, CEH, and APMT, as well as its own team, for their support and collaboration in the implementation of the IT systems for Berth No. 5 and No. 6 at Lach Huyen Port, Hai Phong City.

Attendees at the ceremony included Nguyen Van Tien, CEO of HHIT; Leo Van Druenen, APMT’s Representative in Vietnam; Hoàng Việt Anh, Chairman of FPT Telecom; Nguyễn Anh Việt, CEO of CEH; and Gang Zhao, Representative of Navis N4.

Developed by Kaleris, Navis N4 stands as one of the world’s leading port and terminal operations management solutions. As the “brain and heart” of HHIT’s system, it features 31 intelligent modules that ensure precise and efficient port management.

Furthermore, key functions include optimized operational planning, vessel scheduling, container tracking, real-time cargo handling oversight, and automated workflows. These advanced capabilities enable HHIT to meet customers’ growing demands with speed and flexibility.

Meanwhile, CEH Informatics Company developed and implemented the Eport system, including the Customs Automation Software (CAS), a comprehensive digital platform for streamlining port transactions and service delivery.

Connecting stakeholders such as shipping lines, agents, consignors/consignees, transport companies, and customs authorities through a unified gateway, Eport includes 12 core modules and 77 functions. It reduces cargo service processing times, supports automated electronic customs integration, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures transparency across the entire workflow.
