GXO delivers record Q3 revenue

GXO Logistics posted record third-quarter 2025 revenue of $3.4B, up 8% year over year, with 4% organic revenue growth. The company also reported $280M in new business wins, a 24% increase, and generated $232M in operating cash flow and $187M in free cash flow.

CEO Patrick Kelleher said GXO delivered “double-digit adjusted EBITDA growth” and highlighted strong demand across high-growth sectors and positive momentum from the Wincanton integration. “We’re building from a position of strength and are primed to enter a new era of growth,” he said.

Q3 2025 Highlights

  • Revenue: $3.4B, up 8%

  • Organic revenue growth: 4%

  • Net income: $60M (vs. $35M in Q3 2024)

  • Diluted EPS: $0.51 (vs. $0.28)

  • Adjusted EBITDA: $251M (vs. $223M)

  • Operating cash flow: $232M

  • Free cash flow: $187M

GXO ended the quarter with $339M in cash and $2.4B in net debt.

2025 Guidance Reaffirmed

  • Organic revenue growth: 3.5%–6.5%

  • Adjusted EBITDA: $865M–$885M

  • Adjusted diluted EPS: $2.43–$2.63

  • Free cash flow conversion: 25%–35%

GXO said its $2.3B commercial pipeline and strong execution position it for continued growth through year-end and into 2026.
