Go Shipping is celebrating its 20th anniversary, a significant milestone that underscores two decades of robust growth, strategic regional expansion, and the cultivation of enduring partnerships within the transport and logistics industry. Established in January 2006 in Piraeus, Go Shipping initially operated as a freight forwarding company catering to the Greek shipping and logistics sector. Over the ensuing twenty years, the company has consistently broadened its operational scope and geographical footprint, transforming into a comprehensive regional logistics provider offering seamless sea, air, and road transport solutions.

Currently, Go Shipping boasts nine offices strategically located across five countries: Greece, Albania, Kosovo, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. This extensive network enables the company to effectively support businesses involved in international trade throughout Southeast Europe.

The company's expansion journey commenced in 2013 with the establishment of Go Shipping Albania in Tirana, followed by Go Shipping Kosovo in 2014 and Go Shipping Bulgaria in Sofia in 2016, thereby solidifying its presence across the Balkan region. In 2020, Go Shipping extended its reach into the Eastern Mediterranean with the inauguration of Go Shipping Cyprus, situated near the Port of Limassol.

A pivotal achievement occurred in 2022 with the establishment of its own office at Athens International Airport and its accreditation as an IATA Cargo Agent. This dual development significantly enhanced its air freight capabilities and bolstered its multimodal transport services.

"Over the past twenty years, Go Shipping has evolved from a local freight forwarder into a comprehensive regional logistics network, playing a crucial role in supporting international trade," stated Kostas Lagos, Managing Director of Go Shipping.
