Fujairah Terminals of AD Ports Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Fujairah Free Zone Authority, aiming to further elevate Fujairah’s standing in the global maritime industry.
Key objectives of the MoU will include: enhancing Fujairah’s appeal to international investors through collaborative efforts, promoting efficiency across logistics and trade services in the port and free zone, supporting environmentally and economically sustainable maritime development, facilitating the sharing of statistical data, business forecasts, and insights on container movements by both sea and road and coordinating participation in international events and roadshows to boost visibility.
Captain Mohamed Al Yahyaei, CEO of Fujairah Terminals, stated that this deal unlocks new growth opportunities, enhancing services, and reinforcing Fujairah’s position as a leading maritime hub.
H.E. Mohamed Sharief Habib Al Awadhi, Director General of the Fujairah Free Zone Authority, added that the partnership with Fujairah Terminals creates a powerful synergy that strengthens the competitiveness and supports the diversification of Fujairah’s economy.
