Freightos Limited (NASDAQ: CRGO), a leading digital freight booking and payment platform, has reported preliminary Q3 2025 key performance indicators surpassing management expectations. The company plans to release full earnings on November 17, 2025.

Freightos achieved its 23rd consecutive quarter of record transactions, underscoring continued adoption of digital freight solutions across global supply chains.

  • Transactions: 429,000 in Q3 2025, up 27% year over year, above expectations.

  • Gross Booking Value (GBV): $336 million, a 54% year-over-year increase, also exceeding forecasts.

The company’s WebCargo platform drove transaction growth, with strong performance from its carrier portal component. 77 carriers were active with more than five bookings, including new regional and niche cargo operators, expanding the platform’s global reach.

Freightos also reported 20,600 unique buyer users, driven by WebCargo growth, partly offset by a slight decline in SMB customs users in North America.

“The powerful network effects of our platform are clearly visible this quarter,” said Zvi Schreiber, CEO of Freightos. “Each new participant — carrier, forwarder, or shipper — enhances value for all others. Our expanding ecosystem is transforming freight from a fragmented, manual process into a connected, digital experience.”

Freightos’ strong results highlight growing industry confidence in digital transformation and data-driven logistics, positioning the company as a key enabler of smarter, more efficient global trade.
