Costamare Inc. has announced the declaration of quarterly cash dividends on its preferred and common shares.
The company declared dividends on its preferred stock as follows:

Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMRE PR B):
USD 0.476563 per share -
Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMRE PR C):
USD 0.531250 per share -
Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMRE PR D):
USD 0.546875 per share
The dividends on the Series B, Series C and Series D preferred shares cover the period from 15 October 2025 to 14 January 2026 and will be paid on 15 January 2026 to shareholders of record as of 14 January 2026.
In addition, Costamare declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.115 per share on its common stock for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. The common stock dividend will be paid on 5 February 2026 to shareholders of record as of 20 January 2026.
Costamare noted that the declaration of dividends remains subject to the discretion of its Board of Directors and depends on a range of factors, including the company’s earnings, financial condition, cash requirements and availability, access to debt and equity financing, restrictive covenants under existing and future debt arrangements, and prevailing global economic conditions.
