C.H. Robinson has unveiled the Agentic Supply Chain, a next-generation logistics ecosystem that uses advanced AI to think, learn, adapt, and act in real time. Announced at the company’s Advance 2025 event, the innovation marks a major step toward smarter, faster, and more resilient global supply chains.

“The Agentic Supply Chain is logistics redefined,” said Arun Rajan, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. “Many companies struggle to apply AI effectively. By connecting with C.H. Robinson, their supply chains instantly become intelligent and self-optimizing.”

At the core of the system is C.H. Robinson’s Always-On Logistics Planner™, a network of 30+ connected AI agents performing millions of shipping tasks once thought impossible to automate. The platform now extends across planning, procurement, delivery, and replenishment – all continuously improving through AI-driven learning.

Customers already see measurable results, including:

  • Faster speed-to-market – Shipments are planned and booked in seconds, securing better rates and delivery slots.

  • Smarter cost optimization – Dynamic routing and consolidation reveal hidden savings.

  • Better visibility and control – Predictive insights enable proactive decisions.

  • More agility and resilience – AI agents anticipate disruptions and reroute freight automatically.

  • Greater workforce efficiency – AI handles repetitive tasks, freeing teams for strategic priorities.

C.H. Robinson built the Agentic Supply Chain by combining its Lean AI operating model, the world’s largest logistics dataset, and decades of human expertise. The company manages over 37 million shipments annually, providing the scale and data depth needed to train advanced AI models that make real-world decisions.

“With agentic AI, we’re unlocking the value in unstructured data—calls, emails, and experience,” said Mike Neill, Chief Technology Officer. “We’re now transforming that hidden data into actionable intelligence.”

“This is another defining moment in our 120-year history,” added Dave Bozeman, Chief Executive Officer. “With Lean AI and the Agentic Supply Chain, we’re not waiting for disruption—we’re creating it. Our mission is clear: serve our customers smarter, faster, and better.”
