Norwegian engineering and integrity solutions company Axess has secured a long-term asset integrity management contract with Noble Corporation for its four drillships working in Guyana.
Under the terms of the agreement, Axess will provide a comprehensive range of inspection and certification services for the Noble Tom Madden, Noble Sam Croft, Noble Don Taylor, and Noble Bob Douglas – all working for ExxonMobil.
As part of the scope, Axess will deploy its proprietary digital inspection platform, Bridge, for efficient data collection, streamlined reporting, and advanced analytics. This will enhance visibility into asset condition and performance.
The company will execute the contract using its Total Rig Integrity Management framework. It will optimise value and uptime by consolidating activities and deploying multi-disciplined teams, which reduces the frequency of mobilisations and minimises personnel on board.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in our Guyana operations, Noble is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Axess to enhance rig inspection services,” said Stefan Peters, project manager at Noble Corporation.
