
ADNOC Logistics and Services (ADNOC L&S) reported record results for 2025. Revenue jumped 41% to $5.02 billion. EBITDA rose 32% to $1.52 billion, keeping a 30% margin. Net profit climbed 14% to $863 million.
The fourth quarter remained strong. Revenue grew 35% to $1.19 billion. EBITDA increased 39% to $391 million. Net profit rose 29% to $232 million. Gains came from shipping, integrated logistics, and the successful integration of Navig8.
CEO Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi said: “2025 was pivotal. We expanded globally and created value for shareholders. The Navig8 acquisition elevated ADNOC L&S to a global leader.”
The Value Efficiency Initiative delivered $119 million in savings, exceeding its target. ADNOC L&S expects annual contributions of $90 million through 2030.
Segment Highlights:

Integrated Logistics: Revenue up 11% to $2.53 billion. EBITDA up 21% to $829 million. Growth came from Jack-Up Barges, Offshore Support Vessels, and EPC projects.

Shipping: Revenue surged 122% to $2.13 billion. EBITDA jumped 56% to $619 million, driven by Navig8 integration and strong fleet performance.

Services: Revenue rose 16% to $362 million. EBITDA grew 8% to $60 million.
ADNOC L&S expanded globally with Navig8, adding 32 vessels and operations in 19 cities. It secured strategic deals with TA’ZIZ and Borouge and added LNG and Very Large Ethane Carriers.
The Company advanced technology and AI, cutting vessel turnaround time by up to 90%. It launched remotely operated vessels and UAE’s first zero-emission sea glider trial.
For 2026, ADNOC L&S expects slight revenue decline but EBITDA and net profit growth. Dividends rise ~20% to $325 million for 2025 and will grow 5% annually through 2030.
