Noatum Ports has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Al Dahra Agriculture – Egypt to support the development of Egypt’s logistics infrastructure and trade capabilities.
The agreement focuses on exploring joint investment and development opportunities linked to Noatum Ports’ Safaga Terminal. The aim is to strengthen Egypt’s logistics ecosystem and support the country’s agricultural and trade sectors.
The collaboration will cover key logistics services. These include warehousing and storage, customs clearance, and supply chain digitalisation. The partners aim to improve agricultural supply chains, enhance food security, and support sustainable growth, particularly in Egypt’s eastern and southern regions.
Noatum Ports said the partnership combines its expertise in port operations and supply chain management with Al Dahra’s strong position in agribusiness. The goal is to deliver efficient, technology-enabled logistics solutions that strengthen regional connectivity and trade flows.
Al Dahra said the cooperation will help improve efficiency across agricultural supply chains and support Egypt’s export competitiveness by creating smoother links from production to global markets.
The agreement supports AD Ports Group’s broader expansion in Egypt, which includes investments in ports, logistics hubs, and maritime services aligned with the country’s national development and food security goals.
