CEVA Logistics, in partnership with CooperVision Asia Pacific, has opened a new Regional Service Center in Singapore, marking a major step in expanding supply chain and logistics capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region. The facility represents the first phase of a broader infrastructure investment aimed at reinforcing regional leadership and enhancing operational performance.

Strategically located within CEVA’s healthcare hub at Singapore’s Airport Logistics Park — a designated free trade zone adjacent to Changi Airport — the new center will leverage CEVA’s established logistics network, specialized healthcare infrastructure, and teams trained in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

The partnership is designed to provide CooperVision with strengthened regional support as it continues expanding its footprint.

CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is one of the world’s leading contact lens manufacturers. The Singapore service center will significantly expand product availability across Asia Pacific, making up to 7,000 additional SKUs accessible from CooperVision’s extensive toric and multifocal lens portfolio.

The expanded offering ensures that 99.9% of astigmatic patients and 99.7% of presbyopes can be successfully fitted with CooperVision lenses, giving eye care professionals greater flexibility to meet a wide range of patient needs.

The centralization of inventory through the new service center will reduce reliance on local stockholding and enable faster fulfillment for non-stocked items. This operational model will enhance product access, increase supply chain agility and support cost efficiencies across regional markets.

CEVA has also deployed a healthcare-focused warehouse management system and introduced licensed in-house laser marking for repackaging, further streamlining service center operations.

“As Asia Pacific’s healthcare sector grows, we’re expanding tech-driven and innovative logistics solutions. Our GDP- and GMP-trained teams help CEVA support CooperVision’s success and scalability,” said Brunno Matta, Vice President of Contract Logistics, APAC at CEVA Logistics.

“This collaboration with CEVA Logistics reflects our commitment to innovation and service excellence. Together, we’re building smarter logistics solutions that empower markets and elevate customer experience,” added Sam Ng, Head of Distribution, CooperVision APAC.

Now fully operational, the new Regional Service Center is positioned to support CooperVision’s evolving regional needs and deliver enhanced service to both eye care professionals and patients across the Asia-Pacific market.
