New Order Secured
Fincantieri has won an order to build an ultra-luxury cruise ship for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The agreement is part of its long-term partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH). The deal value is significant and subject to financing and standard terms.

Delivery and Specifications
The ship is scheduled for delivery in 2033. It will be a sister ship to Seven Seas Prestige, the first Prestige Class vessel set for 2026. A second sister ship is scheduled for 2030. The new vessel will measure 257 meters long, 77,000 gross tons, and accommodate 822 passengers, offering one of the highest guest-to-space ratios in the industry. It will feature timeless design, sophistication, and advanced environmental technologies.

Long-Standing Partnership
Fincantieri has delivered ten ships across NCLH brands. Its current order book includes thirteen additional vessels for Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas, and Oceania Cruises. The collaboration emphasizes continuity, strategic growth, and innovation in line with global market demands.

CEO Comments
Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO of Fincantieri, said: “This order confirms NCLH’s trust in our ability to deliver innovative, sustainable, and luxurious ships. We remain dedicated to supporting clients’ growth and the future of cruising.”

NCLH Perspective
Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer at NCLH, added: “This new ship strengthens our strategic expansion in the luxury segment. It reflects strong demand for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and highlights our long-standing partnership with Fincantieri, built on craftsmanship and excellence.”
