Third-Quarter 2025 Performance
Bolloré Group reported third-quarter 2025 revenue of €630 million, down 24% at constant scope and exchange rates and 22% on a reported basis. The decrease reflects lower petroleum product prices and reduced sales volumes, as well as weaker performance in the Industry segment.

  • Bolloré Energy: €530 million, down 25%, affected by falling fuel prices and lower sales volumes.

  • Industry: €73 million, down 21%, driven by the decline in BlueBus activity after strong 2024 results, partially offset by growth in the Films business.

Revenue changes in scope added €26 million, mainly from Bolloré Energy’s acquisition of Chantelat, while currency effects were slightly negative.

Nine-Month 2025 Results
For the first nine months of 2025, revenue reached €2,178 million, down 10% at constant scope and exchange rates and 7% on a reported basis.

  • Bolloré Energy: €1,867 million, down 10%, impacted by lower prices despite higher sales volumes supported by trading activities.

  • Industry: €229 million, down 17%, reflecting lower BlueBus sales and weaker Specialized Terminals in Systems, partially offset by Films business growth.

The reported revenue decline includes a €79 million scope increase from the Chantelat acquisition and a €1 million positive currency effect.

Share Repurchase Program
In the first half of 2025, Bolloré SE repurchased 35.4 million shares (1.26% of capital) for €196.5 million. The company canceled 44.1 million shares in total during the first half, reducing treasury shares to 3.2 million (0.11% of capital). On September 17, 2025, the Board approved the cancellation of the remaining treasury shares.

Vivendi Spin-off Developments
Following the Paris Court of Appeal ruling on April 22, 2025, overturning the AMF’s previous decision, the AMF required Bolloré SE to file a public buyout offer for Vivendi shares within six months. The offer remains pending until the Court of Cassation issues its ruling, scheduled for November 25, 2025. Bolloré SE has appealed the AMF’s July 18 decision.

Outlook
Bolloré Group continues to focus on managing the effects of lower energy prices and maintaining growth in industrial segments such as Films. The company remains active in portfolio management and strategic development, including share repurchases and corporate restructuring initiatives.
