Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced updated compliance requirements for cargo arriving at Saudi Arabian seaports, following new regulations introduced by the Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) in coordination with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Effective October 29, 2025, all loaded cargo and manifest data must be submitted electronically via the FASAH platform prior to vessel arrival. The submission deadlines are as follows:
Distant ports: Minimum 72 hours before arrival.
Nearby ports: Minimum 24 hours before arrival.
Voyages under 24 hours: Submission may occur anytime before arrival.
Non-compliance will be monitored, with fines and other regulatory measures imposed for late submissions.
ONE is advising customers to ensure timely and accurate submission of shipment information to maintain smooth operations and avoid penalties.
