DHL eCommerce has finalized its minority stake acquisition in AJEX Logistics Services, a leading GCC supply chain company owned by Ajlan & Bros Holding Group. The deal strengthens DHL’s expansion into Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing parcel market and supports AJEX’s regional growth.
The partnership aims to tap into double-digit e-commerce growth under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Founded in 2021, AJEX operates a network of over 60 facilities, 1,200 vehicles, and 2,000 staff. Together with DHL’s global reach, the alliance will enhance delivery services across the Middle East.
“As part of our Strategy 2030, DHL Group is investing EUR 500 million in high-potential markets like Saudi Arabia,” said Pablo Ciano, CEO of DHL eCommerce.
