Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) has announced the launch of the KEZAD Business District, a landmark mixed-use commercial development located within the KEZAD Al Ma’mourah master plan, spanning 410 square kilometres.
Strategically positioned at the gateway of the E11 highway between Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, the new district is envisioned as a modern business destination that blends corporate, academic, and social functions.
The first phase of the development will cover approximately three square kilometres, with infrastructure already underway.
Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities and Free Zones at AD Ports Group, stated that KEZAD Business District will catalyze investments, drive innovation, and play a critical role in Abu Dhabi’s polycentric economic expansion.
When completed, KEZAD Business District will offer a compelling platform for companies seeking to establish regional headquarters, R&D centers, training institutes, and more.
